Our event “The Hinckley District Scout Council’s first St. George’s Day Ball” was, I don’t mind saying a huge undertaking for me and my team. Having never held such an event before, we were a little shell shocked at the enormity of the whole thing. Thanks to The Meeting Centre, a lot of the hassle and work was taken out of our hands. The room was laid out beautifully, the organisation of the place settings/decoration and the catering were all handled superbly.
The food was excellent and the service just as good. The staff were all very friendly and we would definitely reccommend The Meeting Centre as a venue for any event. We would also certainly approach them for our own events in the future before anyone else.

Thank you for all your efforts and supportive work that made our wedding reception fantastic! You went over and above to exceed our expectations. The organisation and smooth handling on the day (and on the lead up to the day) made it very enjoyable. The food was great too! All of our guests were very impressed with the decor of the venue and a lot have said they will consider it for their future events.
Overall an excellent service and value for money.

A huge thank you for your help in running our Anti- Bullying Programme Event, ensuring it went smoothly. We felt that you were accommodating to all our requests, the food was also amazing, and has been the best yet. Our guests were very well accomodated and thoroughly enjoyed the day. The venue was conducive and seemed purpose built for the workshops. The feedback we have received from the guests has been overwhelming; even they recognise the high standard of service provided by The Meeting Centre.
