The Meeting Centre is strategical placed in the centre of England enabling easy access by Plane, Train & Car with Birmingham & East Midlands Airports less than 45 minutes away by car. The Hinckley train station gives easy access with both Birmingham and Leicester main line stations. Whilst the road links could not be better with Hinckley being served by direct links to both the M1& M6 via the M69 this along with the A5 Fosse way major trunk road creates makes an unparalleled venue for both national and international conferences.

The Meeting Centre is fully equipped to a very high standard it has a total of 993 sqm conference and meeting space comprising of 7 suites with air conditioning and hi-tech AV equipment it has rooms for all occasions which can accommodate from 2 to 200 delegates, with the flexibility to adapt to changing numbers and varying seating configurations. As a purpose built conferencing we are not like other venues that use banqueting chairs, our conference chairs are exactly that, with comfortable wide seats and backs, perfect for all day events

Our on-site catering facility can provide an assortment of buffet style food to seated menus. We would be happy to develop bespoke menus to meet individual requirements. We also have a room service menu available on the day if you don’t have the budget for a full buffet service or your meeting or training runs longer than scheduled.
